Appetizers:
- antipasti with grilled zucchini, bell peppers, artichokes, oyster mushrooms and eggplants, feta cheese and dried tomatoes
- beef tomatoes with mozzarella and balsamico dressing
- cream of pumpkin soup with Austrian pumpkin seed oil and roasted pumpkin seeds
Main courses:
- pork and turkey roast accompanied by potato or bread dumplings with dark beer sauce
- Lasagne al forno
- filled zucchini (with mushrooms and leek) bedded on colorful vegetables in fine herbed sauce, with rosemary potatoes
- mixed salad buffet
- bread basket with rich variety and butter
Desserts:

- pork loin scalloped with cheese/ham/tomates, tarragon sauce and rosemary potatoes
